Just remove the charcoal box under the bike. Cut all the
lines that go to it. Let the hose from the tank vent right
to the air. Plug the line from the carb by tying it
into a tight knot. If you dont plug it, the bike well
run terribly. That's it and I'm very happy with it.
You probably don't need to rejet at all with just a Jardine
muffler. Maybe go up like 5. If you remove the airbox,
you'll get much better power that you'll really feel, not
just in your head. With a UNI filter, punched 3 inch pipe, and
155 main jet, (no airbox or california emmisions crap) I can
and have done burnouts. In other words My bike has torque.
